Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions in this document are creating an accord between RFspin s.r.o. (“seller”) and the buyer. The order’s valid acceptance will be considered only the written or the electronic form between the seller and the buyer. By accepting the order or the goods’ delivery, the buyer is committing themselves to agree with these terms and conditions of this contract, unless stated differently in the written accord, specifically replacing these conditions. The buyer has the exclusive right to object against other or different conditions proposed to the buyer in the order or any other document.
- ORDER
It is provided for the buyer to buy given products by issuing the written or electronic order, in which they will state: specific products, price, amount, overall purchase price, currency, shipping instructions, payment term, delivery address, billing address, and other detailed instructions (if applicable).
Any further instructions or statements from the buyer, which will be delivered after the order confirmation and affect the order, will take effect only in the case of suitability, change of delivery, and only after written notice by the seller.
- PAYMENT
Unless stated differently in the offer, the confirmation, or the invoice, the payment will be Advanced Payment. The payment will be in the currency on which the seller and the buyer agreed, either EUR or USD. Suppose the buyer is in arrears with the payment or is by any means violating the terms and conditions. In that case, the seller is, on their consideration, allowed to detain the consignment or any order. In case of arrears with the payment, the buyer will be charged by the seller a fee of 2% from any unpaid sum of money.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Suppose the buyer won’t provide the seller their terms of shipping, the seller will arrange the shipment to the delivery address by choosing the right shipping company. The shipment price and the associated handling, and other customs fees will be charged to the buyer.
- CANCELLATION
The executed order can be canceled only after the mutual agreement of the buyer and the seller. In case of accession to the cancellation of the order, the buyer is obliged to pay all the fees associated with the order, including the price of the delivered goods, overall costs for the transportation and packaging, any other liabilities, expenses, and costs incurred to the buyer related to the order including any administrative fees.
- THE WARRANTY
The seller guarantees to the buyer that the products, which are supposed to be delivered, will be without a defect of the material, manufacturing, and will match the description and the use of the given product if they exist for two years. The warranty period starts with the delivery day of the product delivery to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to check all of the products immediately after the delivery.
- WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not apply to any defect or the lack of the parameters, which will be caused by (a) careless storage or unprofessional handling of the product, (b) poor operating conditions, (c) absence of any component, which the seller provides but not used by the buyer, (d) any modifications of the products without the consent of the seller, (e) combining the product with another product from a different company, (f) combining incompatible products of the seller, (g) interference with the radiofrequency fields due to condition or causes outside the product, (h) improper use od the product. This warranty does not apply to the cables, connectors, and any product that is considered consumer goods.
- RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
After delivering your order, check the shipping container because of the external damage. Record any kind of damage to the delivery note before signing it and contact the buyer as soon as possible regarding the situation. In case of any hidden damage, keep the shipping container for the inspection of the shipper.
Take the product out of the shipping container. Keep the sipping container for any later use. After unpacking the product, immediately check that the delivered products match the delivery note. If you find any discrepancies, contact the RFspin. Make sure to be pleased with the content and the state of your order before using the product.
- RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS
For the return of the product:
(a) Contact RF spin s.r.o. with a request for service/return of the product. (b) Briefly describe the problem, specify the serial number or the invoice number with which the product was sold. (c) Thoroughly pack the product, if possible, use the original packaging material and send to the address:

Handling Instructions
The Double-Ridged Waveguide Horn Antenna, Quad-Ridged Waveguide Horn Antennas are precision instruments. Handle with care. All Double-Ridged Waveguide Horn Antenna and Quad-Ridged Waveguide Horn Antennas ship with the standard RF SPIN mounting equipment.
Mounting of an antenna:
1. Always use the standard RF SPIN mounting equipment for fixing the antenna. Use the holder and mount it to an appropriate hole (¼ inch or 3/8 inch or Ø6 mm or Ø8 mm).
2. Hold the antenna with the connector pointing down and align the hole on the back of the antenna with the pin on the provided holder.
3. Insert the antenna into the holder and tight with the wing nut.
WARNING: Hold the antenna only by the back part. Do not touch the ridges. This may cause an irreversible change of parameters. Use only the appropriate connector for connecting the antenna. Always use a torque wrench for tightening with the proper torque (0.9 Nm for 3.5mm, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, and 1.85mm connectors; 0.56 Nm for SMA connector; 1.35 Nm for N connector)

Do not disassemble the antenna. Only qualified personnel should operate RF SPIN equipment. Avoid electrostatic discharge.
Extended Warranty Conditions
The Contract:
This Extended Warranty Service Contract (the “Contract”) is offered by us, RFspin s.r.o. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RFspin and “you” and “your”, the purchaser of this Contract. Your rights and obligations under this Contract become operative from the date of expiry of the manufacturer’s original warranty in relation to the product which you have purchased (the “Product”) and may continue for up to one (1) or three (3) years inclusive of the term of the manufacturer’s original warranty, (based on your selection of the duration of the extended warranty stated in the Invoice and subject to the terms of the type of plan which you have selected).
The Coverage:
The coverage is limited to mechanical defects and applies to repairs and replacements done in Czechia.
We have the sole option to repair or replace your Product with like kind, quality, and specifications. In the event that it is more economical to replace your Product instead of repairing it, the original Product shall be replaced (subject to the limits set out in the relevant warranty plan) with a similar product. If the original Product is replaced, this Contract will cease from the replacement date.
Any repair and/or service by an unauthorized repairer will render this Contract to be null and void. Any failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions on installation, operation, or maintenance will render this Contract to be null and void.
Liability:
Coverage will not, under any circumstances, extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss or damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special, or any direct or indirect loss and consequential damages including but not limited to losses incurred due to any delay in rendering service related to this Contract and loss of use during the period that your Product is at an authorized repairer and/or while waiting for replacement parts to arrive.
Exclusions from Coverage
- At the time of purchasing the Contract, you were aware of something that would give rise to you making a claim under this Contract.
- Products that are still covered by the manufacturer’s original written warranty, repairer’s warranty, or any other warranty in effect.
- Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains.
- Warranty does not cover accessories external to the Product.
- Cosmetic Damage to outer surface/finishing
- Unauthorized modifications made to the Product; altered serial numbers; repairs performed by a non-authorized repairer.
- Consumables
- Shipping charges, express service charges, transportation damage, removal, installation, or reinstallation of the Product.
- Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from an act of God including but not limited to natural disaster, fire, flood, war, invasion, the act of a foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations, civil war, civil commotion.
- Foreign object damage.
- careless storage or unprofessional handling of the product.
This Contract shall immediately cease and become void if the Product is found to have been tampered, modified, the serial number defaced or removed, or repaired by an unauthorized repairer.
When Product failure occurs due to electrical or mechanical defects, please contact RFspin at info@rfspin.com. To validate coverage, please ensure you keep all the proof of purchase, such as sales receipts for the purchase of the Product and the Email Confirmation on the commencement of the Contract. If you sell or transfer your Product to another consumer within the warranty period, you must call the Warranty Hotline within 14 days from the date of the sale or transfer of the Product to another consumer, in order to transfer this Contract.
Contract Termination:
This Contract will terminate automatically: (i) upon expiry of the term of this Contract, (ii) upon replacement of the Product if beyond economical repair, or (iii) upon written notification of termination of this Contract within 30 days of original purchase of this Contract, whichever is the earlier.
General:
This Contract is not an insurance policy or guarantee; it is a service contract. This Contract is not a guarantee or promise relating to the nature of the material, workmanship, or performance of your Product covered by this Contract.
